Would you eat an insect? It depends who you’re asking. Around two billion people, 30 % of the world’s population, eat insects all the time as a normal part of their diet.
With the world’s population set to pass 9 billion in 2050, is it time we took a fresh look at insects for food? That’s what this resource explores (don’t worry, no one will be eating any as part of the lesson).
