Use this 3CT (‘collaborative’, ‘critical’ and ‘creative thinking’) planning tool to break down key questions and identify priority areas to focus on. The template is split into the following three sections:
Project execution plan
Idea
- What is the problem or issue?
- What solutions/suggestions do you suggest?
Into action (the ‘W’ method)
- What needs to happen?
- When does it need to happen?
- Where does it need to happen?
- Who needs to be involved?
Impact
- What impact do you predict?
- Actual impact (eg data, survey, improvement, feedback, pupil voice, staff voice, parent voice)
