Activ4 School Tours is an established school tour operator that delivers bespoke trips to a range of destinations, both in the United Kingdom and abroad. With over a decade of experience, it aims to inspire and motivate young people for a lifetime of learning.
The school tour operator specialises in tailor-made, inspirational experiences. Students can enjoy sports tours, with travel provided to international matches and tournaments for all abilities; skiing trips offer a world of fun and excitement in the mountains; and adventure and watersports trips foster students’ confidence, leadership skills and teamwork.
There are also performing arts trips, which include visits to iconic festivals and shows; and educational cultural trips, which allow students to escape the pressures of learning in the classroom and enhance their knowledge with a choice of destinations, including Normandy, Krakow, Barcelona, Lake Garda or Naples.
Since there is such a wide variety of experiences to choose from, no two school tours will be the same. Activ4 makes sure to remain approachable, supportive, innovative, reliable and enthusiastic on every single one. It embraces leading standards of safety and support, and uses its knowledge to deliver these experiences with passion and integrity.
How does the trip link to the curriculum?
Activ4 School Tours has been organising school and group trips since 1999 and before that, the founders were teachers themselves, taking students on their own school trips. As a result, Activ4 has invaluable insight into the world of teaching.
They aim to support you with all stages of the organisation of your tour, with resort staff remaining available during your stay as well as while you’re on the road.
Your learning outcomes and the way the national curriculum links to the trip will vary depending on the type of trip you choose, but Activ4 is happy to work with you to tailor your school tour to suit any subject, area or aspect of the curriculum.
Ski, adventure and watersport trips give your students the chance to conquer unexpected challenges and develop confidence in unique circumstances.
Meanwhile, performing arts and educational cultural trips can be used to enhance drama and history/RE courses.
