Use this self esteem worksheet set as part of a Dove Confident Me school workshop. They will help your students think critically about appearance-related pressures and develop strategies to take a proactive response to images in the media, social media and advertising.

Self esteem worksheet pack
On the first worksheet, students need to read the situations and practise how to respond when they see images in professional media.
On the second self esteem worksheet, pupils work in pairs and write about how they can resist appearance pressures in personal and social media. They also need to think about what we can do to reduce the pressure to look a certain way.
The third worksheet looks at what pupils can do to champion what is ‘real’ in themselves and others. THey need to write a pledge.
